Excellent central location, nice service, clean rooms, room and bathroom were spotless. The price was good too for the quality!

Had one night here in a studio whilst visiting Otago University. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Location is very handy to Dunedin City with a short walk to the Octagon

Had a nice time stay a few days here. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable as well. Staff helpful with sharing were to go.
