We stayed at back of motel very quiet and peaceful. Be mindful if you stay on road side - it could be very noisy with traffic.

Great place to stay in the heart of Dunedin. Have stayed here a few times, and have never been disappointed. The team there are always fantastic. The rooms feel modern and tidy, yet have warmth. Pricing is standard to other motels in the area.
