VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

Great staff. Very helpful We only go here for our WOF. The other VTNZ on Hanover Street has the WORST parking and is so awkward to get into. We much prefer driving the extra distance for South Dunedin VTNZ as its easy to get it, and has plenty of parking.

I would never take my car here again, I wouldn't say any of their employees are that well knowledge on cars (they don't have to be) just on what they have to do to carry out the WOF. Take your car to a real garage with real mechanics who really know what they are doing, you and your car will be much happier in the long run. The licensing agents on the other hand are just as, if not even more useless, they obviously hear the same issues everyday and are incredibly jaded to the point where they are very rude to everybody.
