Had emergency leak through ceiling. Fixed myself a few minutes before plumber arrived. Talked to plumber about problem a few minutes, he said he wouldn't charge me. He put his head up the ladder a few seconds and saw what I had explained to him, that two plastic pipes draining from the header tank tray had become disconnected. He gave me some good advice, to put a screw through both of them so they didn't separate again. This was the extent of his work. He left me with the impression that I would not be charged. Then received a bill which stated "Ballcock arm was jamming, advised to replace." Plumber never saw ballcock, and did not advise me such. I phoned the company and offered to pay the vehicle part of the bill ($30 + GST), and explained why I thought the labour cost ($57.50 + GST) was unfair, given (1) plumber said he wouldn't be charging and (2) incorrect statement about ballcock. The ballcock was fine, it just had a bit of grit holding it open. Company did not back down, said the employee had left them and that he should never have told me that he wouldn't be charging, as it wasn't his decision. So I said fine I will pay the full amount, and leave a negative review because I am still unhappy with the outcome. Have now paid the full invoice. I do not recommend this firm.

Super efficient service! Which is what you need when you have water leaking! I would recommend Vic to everyone.

I find this company excellent. They have some on time, charges are reasonable - and their people always willing to explain the work they have done.

Always used them for all our plumbing requirements on our own home and our rentals and have found there service excellent. They are excellent with my tenants as I just let them know of a problem that needs fixed and they contact the tenant and arrange direct with them a time that suits them to fix it. Very easy for me and have never had a complaint from a tenant about there service. Will continue to use and recommend them.
