We always buy sushi balls here as it is much cheaper compared to other sushi restaurants nearby.The restaurant is small,cozy and clean. It is also really near to the library. Definitely a good place to grab a meal for students

chicken mapo tofu with rice and found it to have a good level of flavour. Perhaps it wasn’t in the style of the fresh or homemade variety and there may have been some artificial flavour enhancement going on but it was still a satisfying meal. Being in Dunedin which is a student town, it was fairly priced.

The ambience isnt for a romantic night out but the food is fresh, good and affordable. We come here at least once a fortnight for take out or lunch and have never been dissappointed.

Definitely the best sushi in town! Always really fresh, and great range of choices. Their menu items are also really yummy, especially the chili chicken. If you're eating it, it can be a bit like a dance party in there with the loud dance style music, but the food always arrives hot, fresh, and fast.
