day 6, 3 acrylics gone. pathetic

No one said a word to me the whole time. The lady actually left half way through doing my nails and did not say anything. I had no idea where she went. I sat and waited for over 20min before I had to actively tell someone that my nails were not done. The acrylics were not stuck to my actual nail and they were all different shapes

Unhygienic. I watched a staff member massage an old mans legs and feet wearing gloves then he came over to do my nails while wearing the same unwashed gloves. I dont think their standards are high.

Possibly the worst pedicure I've had. The nail prep was uneven and painful, the final result was uneven with polish over the cuticles and the customer service and communication was abysmal.

Overall not a bad experience - the end product was worth it but staff didn't say one word to me the whole time - won't go back. Prices are the same you would get anywhere in Dunedin. The best part of the place is that it is conveniently located in the mall.
