Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had absolutely no troubles with my first full set of acrylics, but I’m regretting going back for an infill. The lady I had for the infill barely said a word to me and repeatedly hit my knuckles instead of just asking me to move my hands/fingers, and was so firm that she clicked my fingers multiple times. Less than a week later and I had the first nail break off, and in the days following I had 2 more nails break off, 2 starting to lift, and 2 visibly chipping. After going into the salon and having 3 workers stand around me, the same lady cut me off mid conversation and continued to speak Vietnamese to one of the other workers. I said if it was going to be a hassle, at the very least if I could just have the 3 nails put back on. They then told me that would cost me an additional $20. Extremely disappointing considering I’d paid for an infill treatment that didn’t even last 1 week. Even if I did settle for getting the 3 nails fixed, I still would’ve been left with other nails that are chipped and lifted, that are starting come off already. So I’ll be going elsewhere to have them properly removed and corrected! You couldn’t pay me to return, nor would I ever recommend a place with such poor service to anyone.
