Disgusting company with no morals. I have never experienced poorer customer service. They should lose their certification. Do not ride with this company, they are abusive.

Had to wait half an hour for their taxi - phoned 3 times to make sure it was coming but gave up after waiting outside in the cold for 30mins. Was late for the appointment I had and ended up just taxi-ing back. Waste of time and money.

Called in 4 times that it was almost an hour and still waiting for a taxi then called them again & instead of apologising for the long wait they said to call another taxi. Tsktsk

Big difference in airport charge what a savings made. Would recommend to business travellers
