      Room is spacious, bed very comfy. Arrived early and the room wasn't yet ready but they allowed us to leave our car there and we went exploring the town. Its a short walk down into the centre so you are soon at the bars, restaurants and shops. The motel is on a slight hill but nothing most people couldn't manage but worth it. The staff were friendly and everywhere was clean. Casino nearby if you like them but it does have a restaurant and bar which stays opened late. Would stay again

      Stayed here a few time’s, it’s now our go too when we have to stay in Dunedin. Great rooms, nice and clean and tidy. Always a enjoyable stay and super comfy beds
