Stayed here while visiting my friends in Dunedin and had a great experience. Excellent ambiance and spacious rooms. They have great parking option too.

We stay at the palms often for work, nice quiet rooms that let you get work done. And warm!

Amazing place,it was close to cbd.great location,good parking space and such an awesome room it was clean tidy and bed was comfy.yhe staff were friendly and polite as well
