We loved how close it was to the bus stop and an easy 5 minute walk to the Meridian (Dunedin Mall).

Great central location; lovely rooms and furnishings, cannot fault the cleanliness of this place. Staff were welcoming and friendly , stayed 2/3 times now and will definitely stay again.
