      They replaced my iPhone 4 screen a while ago, the screen they replaced it with looked VERY cheap and did not seem to be a genuine replacement as they assured me it was, the screen started malfunctioning about 2 weeks later so I brought it in and they replaced it once again with what seemed to be a genuine screen this time around and I had no further problems. Bit of a muck around but convenient and reasonable price but slightly dodgy experience.

      Not great: Poor communication, attitude bordering on arrogance. It took a lot longer than promised, ended up more expensive (ok, I had agreed to the additional cost), and unfortunately did NOT fix the problem. After my first experience I'll go somewhere else... :-(
