Not great: Poor communication, attitude bordering on arrogance. It took a lot longer than promised, ended up more expensive (ok, I had agreed to the additional cost), and unfortunately did NOT fix the problem. After my first experience I'll go somewhere else... :-(

After seeing these review I understand i should have never gone there in the first place. They spent 3 days on my laptop said it had nothing to do with the screen connection as I had thought and that they had fixed it. Charged me 300$ and done. Went home opened my laptop. Took an hour to turn on because it kept starting then stopping then restarting and when i finally turned it on. Ibadjusted the screen and it switched off. Instantly. They literally spent 3 days doing bugger all and charged me for doing absolutely nothing. They should be shut down. They're useless.

absolutely wonderful, couldn't recommend them enough!!!!!! I went into another store (one of their competitors) to get my macbook air fixed, not going to name names here but they were an apple "authorized" service centre, what a joke, it was a disaster and they ended up making it worse didn't even know what they were talking about. after wasting my time with them i went to computermate who were incredibly friendly and knew exactly what the problem was straight away, within a couple of hours i got a call back and was told it was fixed. fantastic work. thank you computer mate :-)
