found them very helpful. took my mac in to an apple authorized shop who told me there was nothing wrong with it i tried to explain that it wouldn't turn on, but they just said it was fine and charged me 200. but computer mates got it all fixed, good as new i was even able to get my money back for the other place

Avoid this place like the plague! Repaired my iPhone screen and broke the Touch ID in the process. Then lied about it and said it was broken when they got it. I went in to find out what could be done and was met with arrogance and accusations. I left as I knew I was fighting a losing battle. Now my screen plays up every time I switch on my iPhone. Shoddy work, and I am out of pocket with a worse off phone. Again, avoid!

Very satified with the workmanship, lovely lot of guys, they go out of their way to do a good service at good rates

Don’t go here if you want value for money, in a timely manner with pleasant staff. Not to mention terrible workmanship.

Not great: Poor communication, attitude bordering on arrogance. It took a lot longer than promised, ended up more expensive (ok, I had agreed to the additional cost), and unfortunately did NOT fix the problem. After my first experience I'll go somewhere else
