The food is great, love the sausage rolls. Customer service is terrible though, no one seems happy in their job & one in particular has the worst attitude.

I just love this place , the staff are great and the food is wonderful . I am gluten free and this place is a godsend , have told lots of my friends ,some of who are also gluten free and they are all going there now . we are in central otago so it is great to be able to fill the freezer with their products . Had my first pie for nearly 3 years , wonderful . The products are a great price too which is a big plus

I find the customer service here ridiculous. There is no happiness around this place at all. I walked in, didn't get acknowledged whatsoever and she continued on cleaning. In this line of work, you need to at least acknowledge customers and make them feel welcome, cleaning can be done after you have served them. After waiting too long, my milk for my coffee was not stretched far enough for a cappuccino and the milk was burnt. Overall experience was horrible.
