Excellent place to go just to have a nice hot spa. A bit disturbing that the water only gets changed every now and then (not sure exactly when, but not daily).

A good basic accommodation, room was clean and tidy but fairly dated, the noise from surrounding rooms was quite bad. A good basic option though if your just after a bed.

Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and we had a really nice stay. Dunedin is a lovely town

Very clean and spacious. We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. Great location. But the best thing is the staff. They were outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely first choice in Dunedin now

Very good hotel, very clean, very well equipped, very well located. Short walk to ammenities and restaurants.
