We’ve made several purchases from here all via trademe, easy to deal with fast easy pickup. Reasonable prices and good quality. The range of stuff they have is pretty big tools-appliances-hardware-cabinetry.

Pretty hard to beat for tools. Just bought a paint sprayer and drill for the price of a drill elsewhere. They have a saw table that beats my Makita hands down for sturdiness. No frills, great parking. Would recommend.

Purchased an expensive product approx 18 months ago. Not instructed on maintenance procedures other than the obvious daily requirements. No recommendations on service agents, so service plans, no support, takes forever to get part quotes, crap warranty on a crap piece of machinery. Due to the lack of service and support, we have had too many delays in getting things attended to, and the machine has now completely failed and very expensive parts required to fix.
All in all, just VERY disappointing in all respects.

Previously left a fairly positive review despite the fact that I had previously had issues with their warranty when my teenage son bought a scooter that kept pumping out petrol. This morning I called them to see if they had a table saw in stock. They had one. Husband went to collect it and is was the one on display. He had to take it apart and when it got home it wouldn't go back together again. The manual had nothing expect a picture. No instructions. Called them up to be told by the rude and unhelpful guy on the phone (who remembered me from the dangerous scooter issue) that 'it should go back to together as it came apart'. You reckon? Wow, I wish I had that information years ago. It would save me a fortune. That lovely Minton vase I broke? No problem, it will simply go together as it came apart! My advice? Go to Bunnings etc. Don't be enticed by the prices. If something goes wrong your on your own. Meanwhile we have a table saw that we might use as a puzzle for guests on Christmas day.

Have just bought a motor mower from the Timaru branch. Great service and went the extra mile for us. Very helpful.
