Great tea! Even if it is a bit expensive.

I love the tea however for a special tea shop the staff dont seem to be very helpful. I made a special trip for tea that I could drink pregnant. I wanted to know which teas were good for someone who is pregnant and I was recommended hibiscus tea (this is a huge no no in pregnancy's and can cause miscarage). Its the only tea I knew I couldnt drink. After that I thought it was safer not to buy from them

Really friendly staff. Unfortunately has limited hours due to covid and out of stock product often takes a long time to replenish

Great tasting teas, gorgeous gifts and tea accommodation. Staff are always lovely and it's so great you can have testers. Price is just a bit steep

I love having a browse in the Albany store. Some very unique and interesting teas available here. You can taste it all before buying too.
