Lincraft

Disspointinting experience. I have very limited knowledge about sewing, so had to rely on staff when buying material to have some pj made for me. When my dress maker mum went to cut it out there was no allowance for length or seams. If you know what you want to buy I think your fine. Good choice of materials at reasonable prices.

This lincraft has a great selection of retro print fabric, just recovered some couch cushions and had many comment. Def worth getting a club card for the discounts too.

Reasonably helpful staff but was disappointed when buying fabric to make dress, having just returned to sewing I asked the staff to help with quantity of fabric to buy using measurements which I had with me. Gutted when I went to cut pieces out to find we hadn’t made allowance for extra length , I am talk, thought they would know better, I relied on their help & was disappointed

Came to this store specifically for some card packs that the other store had run out off. Called ahead, and was told what I wanted was on hold for me. When I arrived nothing had been set aside and the shelf was empty of what I wanted and no stock any where in store apparently. I found the store extremely messy and there was not a lot of stock on the shelf. However staff were apologetic and helpful and arranged for stock from the North Island to be shipped to me at no extra cost.

The go to place for all your art and crafts and sewing needs,nice spacious store to get around,staff are helpful without being pushy
