I took my car here to be panelbeated today and they were great. Quick service, VERY cost effective (I’d been around a few others as comparison) and friendly staff. Thanks so much!

Terrible service. I waited 3 months for them to finally begin to fix the repairs, it then took two weeks to complete the repair. The vehicle was given back to me very dirty inside. I wouldn't recommend them.

Got my car back, it had numerous issues. First, some of the electrics didn't work due to disconnected wire (simple to fix but took my time). Second, front of the car was assembled out of alignment, issue was partially but not fully resolved (took more of my time). Third colour mismatching door part used and not fitted correctly (more time to sort out). I would not recommend Hesson & Bowry Collision Centre. Attention to detail and service quality need to improve.

Very poor on punctuality and communication, said vehicle would be ready on Wednesday when dropped off Monday, didn't start working on it till Wednesday so was with out a vehicle for more than a week when need it for work and very rude when asked for discount because they mucked around and causing stress because had no vehicle to do things like getting to work and every day things

Took my car to be fixed by these guys. A 1/3 of a tank of petrol "disappeared" from my car. This is theft and I would NEVER use these guys EVER AGAIN. Good thing I took photos. One star as you cant give none!!!
