Great experience when we went in to buy a lounge suite,salesperson was very patient while we tryed to decide what we wanted,they even helped us sort the finance and arranged for it to be delivered,will definitely be back next time we need to make another purchase

A huge store. Great service and huge range of products. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy store. Great parking. Everything from electronics to furniture. Good payment terms for hire purchases. would shop here again

I went in looking for a new tablet (preferably a good brand name) I was impressed with Harvey Norman's range of stock. I did get a little annoyed at the staff keep coming up to me as I walked around the store, but hey I guess that's just good customer service.

Easy parking and a well laid-out store. Reasonable prices and some especially good sale deals. Replaced our fridge easily when it developed a fault while under warranty, and have loaned us a washing machine to be used while ours is serviced (just out of warranty). Staff are helpful and always available.

Staff are very knowledgeable and there are demo tech that you can try such as cell phones and computers. Staff are great i went in with an idea on my phone of what computer i wanted and although they did not have the particular one i was looking at, they were able to shpw me products along the same line.
