Christchurch City Libraries are a network of public libraries in the Christchurch City area, supported by 11 network service teams for ratepayers and residents of the city and surrounding areas. Facilities include a mobile library and a digital library, internet access and email are available through the free wifi. Each library has a wide range of resources including books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, eBooks, magazines, newspapers, maps as well as a wide range of online resources for study, research, personal information and entertainment.

really enjoy the ccc libraries. The central city one is massive and has a fantastic range of books. I like going in and checking out books to read and then buying them later but it's also good when you don't have alot of money at the time but would like to learn new things. Happy I found the prince2 project management book on Friday saving me $160

Great variety and staff that are happy to help. I enjoy coming here with my children as a free activity. Lots of fun

Wow! Such an amazing library!everything is so modern now and my children absolutely love the lego. An easy system in place to issue books etc and how cool you can return your books to any city library! Really friendly staff and so so knowledgeable. You could easily spend a day here.

We visited the library whilst on holiday with our 2 year old. The kids level is amazing! The cafe on the ground floor does good coffee and the cabinet food was nice.
