We were visiting Nelson for a couple of days on our way down the West Coast. We love Indian food and go out for a curry every week while in welly . loved the Chicken Naan & cheese Tandoori Platter for Two for lovely too .
I have to say that this curry was superb and great value for money.

Lovely, friendly staff. Meals are always hot and fresh. Very warm, welcoming atmosphere. Lovely Indian cuisine. Right in the centre of town, yet still seems quiet. Plenty of parking in the large car park out back if you can't get street parking.

The butter chicken from here is to die for! They make amazing food and would 100% recommend this. The waiters are super kind and friendly aswell.

Really tasty, reasonably-priced Indian food. They're always happy to make the meals as hot or mild as you prefer, and the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated, with polite, attentive staff.

Indian/Malaysian style restaurant that I doubt I would eat at again. Not good value for money (almost no veggies anywhere, mostly just saucy curries with nothing in it). Service wasn't great.
