Fairweathers

A casual, bar-y type bar and restaurant. Close to central town, it is a nice place for a casual beer and meal on weekdays, but the quality and the vibe goes downhill in a big way on weekend nights. Avoid on weekend nights if you're over 18 and/or don't appreciate a crowd of angry, intoxicated youths.

Good service and good portions. Excellent roast.

The food is fantastic. The only down side is that it isnt consistent. Sometimes the food is too salty and sometimes ok. The coffee bean that they use was too strong. The ambience is nice and location is just in town so very convenient.

Me and a group of mates like to go here sometime and just grab a bite to eat and we love it. The food is affordable and the serve is great. There is plenty of seating also so you know you have a good chance of getting a table.

Whether you're after a quiet drink, a tasty meal or a pumping spot to spend Saturday night at (when Fairweathers essentially turns into a heaving night club!), Fairweathers is the best all-rounder location in Blenheim for a great day or night out.
