Westgate Shopping & Outlet Centre

The area has declined in variety and liveliness over the years. Perfect for locals to get their shopping done.

Very spread out megacentre type layout. Good countdown and movie theatre is large and cheap ($10 tickets). Not a lot of clothing options

Disappointing choice of outlet shops. I havent found the pricing very attractive or the stock worth even buying. No bargains to be had here!

This shopping center is easy to get to from the Motorway, has lots of parking, many food places and quite a range of shops.. I do however find this place EXTREMELY hard to navigate. When you want to find a business if you are not that familiar with the shopping complex it is really hard to locate where you are going and results in what feels like driving in circles. Being as it is large and open plan, if you have young children or someone that needs assistance I would recommend attending when weather is predictable as the parking is uncovered and the shops are "road side" meaning you will be wandering around in the weather. I would recommend planning your journey, knowing exactly where the stores are you are wanting to go to and mapping where you need to park if you have dependents. It is also quite hard to find a restroom if you are shopping and not at an eatery.

Great set up where there is central parking and pooular stores around the outside. Can be a bit of a hassel walkinng from one end to the other in the rain as there is no covered walkway. And is unfortunate that many stores have moved across to the mall- hoping some more stores will open soon.
