They were able to support me with my purchase and advice me on the best product, although they were a little expensive.

Had to rush to the store and buy stuff that we need urgently. The store have lots of similar products to choose from at great prices. Was very pleased when finish shopping.

Was sent to the East Tamaki branch by Sylvia Park (after staff there checked available stock levels for a neoprene tablet sleeve). I was appalled at the initial customer service; the lady seemed annoyed about being asked to help find something, complained about Sylvia Park not ringing ahead, and seemed fed-up about being at work . She went to ask another staff member for help (who was having a long casual chat with someone he'd already served) but when another customer approached her instead of advising that she was looking after me, she simply started helping the other customer instead. When I advised that I was really short on time she grumbled and glared before dumping me on someone else without any real explanation. I definitely will not go back there.

Excellent service from staff, they are very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonably cheap. Store is very neat and tidy. Great location at Royal Oak and there's plenty of car parking spaces.

Love the range of tablets and notebooks. Also a good place to get your photos printed when a sale is on
