      There are usually long queues as I drive past the VTNZ branch but on the day when I had my WOF done, it was all quiet. It was a week day and was just after lunch time. The front desk was not as friendly as most other service providers but nonetheless she did her job ok. The technician was exceptional, not only was he very quick inspecting my vehicle, he was pretty detailed in reporting back to me the issues with my car. Overall, I think VTNZ Botany provided a great service for me.

      These guys have a really tough job dealing with all sorts of people and their automotive issues throughout the day. The staff work hard and are good at their job, I received very detailed advice on my vehicle after my last WOF. Highly recommend.
