      I've had many great experiences here (lovely tester even pointed out to me what under my bonnet was wrong once which as a female I found extremely helpful) but one bad one where the tester reversed my car into another persons, leaving it with a deep scratch down the bumper. No offer for a refund for the test or anything like that. Not a cheap fix.
