      If you aren’t worried about a bit of unsanitary building and it’s all about the food, then this place is right for you. The food is great especially their spring rolls. Really good....

      A little dirty, service is average (on their best day), and highly in need of decent atmosphere...

      but the food is delicious. Especially their fried spring rolls. Their food alone makes up for everything that's lacking and brings up their score to 4/5.
