I bought a velvet chair which started fraying at the seams after six months. I contact the store and they said they would send photos to the manufacturer. After having to follow up with them several times they said it was normal wear and tear. Apparently chairs should only last 6 months now!! They refused to do anything and to abide by the Consumer Guarantees Act. I would definitely not shop here ever again at the risk of something going wrong. I also bought a couch which took 8 months to be delivered when they said it would take 9-10 weeks. I would recommend people shop at well known chain stores even if they are more expensive.

We bought two mattresses for the children.We couldn't smell them in the store through the packaging.A horrible chemical, sickening stench!You refused to take them back.Where to sleep my children?

Bought a bed frame from them and the quality is great. Staff were very friendly & helpful and their furniture are very affordable.

There's certainly a lot of furniture crammed in here. But the pricing is reasonable and the staff were friendly enough
