Vector Arena

Love attending events at Vector Arena - never been disappointed with seating / views, and I've attended a whole lot of concerts here (and even a sit down corporate dinner). Easy to get to, always professionally run, and a great multi-purpose venue.

Only downside is the cost of food items at the venue, which are (I feel) overpriced. That said, its a captive audience - and you can buy food at many places en-route to the venue, so you don't have to pay for this convenience. Note that drinks are sold in plastic cups (not glasses) - but you CAN take them in to concerts etc as a result.

Not many buses service this venue, but Britomart is a 10 minute walk away and there are buses available within a couple of minutes walk that can connect you to there. Plenty of cabs hover near the venue at concert closing times.

Been to so many concerts here. Love the fact its so easy to get to especially if.your coming from the motorway. The prices aren't to bad. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. I prefer to sit at concerts so its perfect here.

I've seen Bruno Mars, Selena Gomez, Sigur Ros and Kendrick Lamar here, each time the concert was epic. Acoustics seem a little off depending where you're seated, but very nice facilities anyway. Good amount of food and drink places so you don't have to wait too long in line. CLose to Britomart which is choice.

Now known as Spark Arena is a really good place to see live events as the seating options caters for everyone whether you are after cheap or expensive seats. It's clean, the staff go out of their way to help you find your seats. The only downside I recently experienced was the bag check security - it wasn't managed well.

Recently attended Spark Arena for Disney on Ice. Entry was well handled and staff were efficient. Inside the venue was clean, lots of toilets. We sat down on the lower bowl, was perfect viewing for the show.
