Treble Cone Ski Area

I found this the best terrain on a commercial field in NewZealand the views are amazing and the snow was well groomed when I was there. It's very expensive though and there are better places to try with kids very good for intermediate to advanced people.

Great advanced field but not as family friendly as others. Their is a huge leap from the learners platter to the chairlift slope which my daughter found really daunting. She was mucked around by ski school which has really put her off.

I have skied and love TC my whole life but recently are starting to feel the experience is becoming tainted. So expensive and mass produced. We took our family here last week and it was a pretty crap and hard place to be. I think next time we'll move on to a friendlier family field. If I was a student on a cheap pass I would definitely be skiing TC though!

Cant wait to go back. This place is the bomb, will return for skiing.
