      I am a regular at Warehouse St Lukes who have a lovely customer service. Lincoln Rd is completely opposite. Rude grumpy customer agents. Also, when I wanted to go for a finance option, the people made me walk to ANZ to get my bank statement which had a clear stamp and signature. The agent felt it was 'not authentic' and asked me to get a utility bill. The attitude and behaviour was disgraceful. I am not new to getting finance approved and in this case the agent hesitation was noticed all throughout. Never going to that store and not referring anyone either.
