So we decided to get our couched cleaned for the first time after buying it 8 years ago. Dale arrived on time and wasted no time in getting on to the job. He did an outstanding job and was extremely efficient in keeping me informed each step of the way. Really happy with the excellent service and the couch looks NEW AGAIN! We are so pleased with this service. This guys came same day today and was even able to squeeze in an upholstery cleaning along with 2 large area rugs. Very professional, efficient and communicative. Our problem wasn't so much stains but heavy pet odor. I'm very happy to say it no longer smells like a barn :) We will be repeat customers.

They were great. Gave smart recommendations, made the process easy with pick-up and drop-off, friendly service, and knowledgeable about carpets, couches, and delivered on time as promised.
