Amazing service! Eric was super professional and very efficient. Our carpet was in bad shape and now they look like new and my couch wow! Great job guys. I will only be using Auckland Steam n Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning from now on. Referring you guys to everyone! Thank you Eric :)

Great staff, I called in personally and was greeted by a warm and helpful madam. She was very patient and answered all my questions and had a technician sent out to my place asap. He was thorough and took his time around problem spots and the finish product came our wonderfully. I pointed out some of the ink and glue stains left from the previous family and he went to work on it. Products are eco-friendly and I can have my 2 year old niece run on the carpet right after without worrying about the chemicals. Again the carpet + my couch came out almost new compared to what it used to be the only draw back I tool from this experience is the price quoted over the phone and the price quoted face to face was drastically different. I guess you get what you paid for.

We hired them to clean our stairs, hallway, large area rug, and upholstery cleaning on a bed frame. They were amazing! On time, professional, nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Totally recommend and will be using again!

Couple months ago I had a house party and completely lost the plot. I feel asleep on my sofa with a cigarette in my mouth. In the morning I woke with a whole in couch. I had no idea what to do, until I found this lads that could not only clean my sofa but also do it at my house on the same day. I recommend these people to anyone who needs anything to do with upholstery. If you think you haven’t found the right ones, well these guys are the ones! A+++

Jericho from Upholstery Cleaning Auckland Steam n Dry did a great job of cleaning my cream sofa and chair. I got the couch from an outlet and was unaware of all the stains it had on it. He came right in and addressed all the concerns before cleaning the sofa. Very upfront about the cost and what he could fix. It took 2 hours for him to do the cleaning on my large sofa and chair. Surprise to my dismay, Jericho was able to get all the stains out beside a few little spots that no one would even notice. The best upholstery cleaner for me.
The only reason why I can't give them five stars because he was a bit late to the location, and I did feel like the prices could have been more upfront besides an estimate. Especially since I was offering pictures of the pieces, but since my appointment was booked last night I can't complain. Thank you, Upholstery Cleaning Auckland for making my sofas look brand new!
