Beautiful food, delicious, satisfying, aromatic and perfect portion sizes. But don't expect a greeting, chit chat and dress up warm as the big front door is opener right up and despite loud complaints it doesn't get closed. Beautiful views too.

I think the food is quality but it matches more of an acquired taste, I'm not big on olives or cheese so it can be difficult to choose from the limited menu. I have been there a few times and when I was there they had a sign at the desk asking people to not use their credit cards for payment - because they didn't want to front the 2.5% fee because that might push up the (already expensive) prices of the menu items. Honestly I think that is really rude. When I am paying for a $200 dinner I expect to be able to use a credit card. I don't know how larger groups are supposed to pay with eftpos, not everyone in West Auckland is a millionaire... The waitress just shrugged when asked to clarify this. The restaurant is noisy and in summer it's really hot as the kitchen is not separately contained. Other than that service was good and portion sizes are adequate, parking is good too. I know that this restaurant is popular but I don't think it lives up to the hype...

Fantastic food, fresh pasta is amazing and gorgeous innovative menu. Can be a bit noisy on popular evenings due to the acoustics of the space. Definitely worth the trip especially off-peak.

Absolutely amazing food, I have been many times and have never been disappointed. Priced very reasonably for the quality, the menu changes every week always offering delicious food combinations!
