      Love visiting this place especially when there is special exhibition. I love the Maori section which is an essential part of Aotearoa. A bonus is to visit Auckland Domain. The two most impressive events I went were: 1. attending a dinner at the top floor, what a lovely venue and view. 2. attending a choir performance to honour those WWI and WWII warriors.

      one day is just not enough when you have four kids in tow. spectacular exhibitions and wow what a great old building. Picnic out on the lawn afterwards

      Great museum. Really friendly staff and hosts if you are lucky enough to get on a tour. Awsome tourist and local activity alike!
