An amazing and educational place, I learnt many new facts about NZ history. I also loved the interactive activities they had there

Very nice museum and entrance prices are very reasonable. Has a sweeping view of Auckland which is a must see.

One of my favourite museums in NZ. The kids section (weird and wonderful) is so interactive and they have so many samples in jars etc. We went in early May and half the museum was closed for renovations so there was just a small corner cafe with few selections of muffins and snack food plus coffee. If you are a NZ resident take proof of address to get in for free (donation suggested)
