Auckland Museum is always a fascinating and engaging place to share with visitors to Auckland. The collections are remarkable and it’s impressive moving from floor to floor discovering and learning. Not only is the interior space see-inspiring but outdoors too, is amazing. Highly recommended!

A place to relax, learn and be impressed.
If you need somewhere to sit down and just take a walk, this is the best place to take refuge from the busy city. It’s free and the location is perfect. This was our second visit to the museum and we are always very impressed with the quality of information, presentation and interactives. Our daughter (age 2years old) enjoyed all the film snippets and getting hands-on with all the different activities provided at the kids section. Beautiful museum.

Well organised museum with available parking space. Great way to learn about new Zealand history and a great way to spend free time. The staff were approachable which creates a friendly atmosphere.
