It was sad to know Sony only has one small store in NZ.... I have been a fans of Sony for a long time but now there are hardly any product that I want to buy..... well, I did buy a PS4

I purchase high end items from Slvyia Park , as these items are not available in consumer shops. Purchased a Sony Mc 50 u camera and a Ax2000.Strangely got a cheaper price from JBhifi for the same item ordered from Sony , so went back to Sony with that information. All ended well with Sony matching that price, so the moral is, do your homework as there is always room for negotiation.

Best part is the reliability of the product along with the customer service and I got both. Wish they bring more stuff into NZ as we don't get everything of Sony as to what you get in UK or Japan. Quite understandable as sale and demand may not be that great here but you gotta create a product for the demand to be there.
