Best part is the reliability of the product along with the customer service and I got both. Wish they bring more stuff into NZ as we don't get everything of Sony as to what you get in UK or Japan. Quite understandable as sale and demand may not be that great here but you gotta create a product for the demand to be there.

They are helpful as soon as you walk in the door but they are not over friendly. They are happy even if you just want to have a look around. The prices are competitive and there is a good range of products on display.

I purchase high end items from Slvyia Park , as these items are not available in consumer shops. Purchased a Sony Mc 50 u camera and a Ax2000.Strangely got a cheaper price from JBhifi for the same item ordered from Sony , so went back to Sony with that information. All ended well with Sony matching that price, so the moral is, do your homework as there is always room for negotiation.

Sony's Sylvia Park store is a pretty flash place to look around. Everything is clean and crisp, and all the latest gear on display. You won't find much in the way of bargain hunting there, but that is probably to be expected given the flagship store should really be stocking the premier items. Staff always seem pretty cheerful as well, so definitely worth looking through.
