A wide selection of ski/ snowboard gears, that's very good. But staff is not very knowledgeable in ski boot fittings. My friend has experience buying ski boots from them then found out the boots is actually too big. So even by adding more paddings it's not the best fit. Maybe they should have better ski boot fitting services and expertise.

The largest range of ski gear that we’ve found in Auckland. Staff are really knowledgeable, they carry all the brands we love and have a once a year second hand sale which is fantastic for the wallet. Location is a bit annoying as there isn’t heaps of parking but the huge range makes up for this

Top notch service. Efficient service at the counter every time I come in. I recently had a big problem with my snowboard binding strap and ratchet all in a two week period. The technicians were really patient and helpful in offering a temporary solution, three of them spent about 45 minutes in solving this, and I was even offered a rentals set of bindings interim period. Received my spare parts two weeks later, a helpful technician attatched them immediately on , did not charge me for the service. Keep up the service team!
