Biggest and best ski shop in Auckland. I went there to buy a helmet and they had such a big range, many different fits, colours and prices. The staff were very friendly and I left very happy with my purchace.

Big store, well located with a good range and good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Really like the second hand sales that they have, good place to get good quality gear at good prices.

A wide selection of ski/ snowboard gears, that's very good. But staff is not very knowledgeable in ski boot fittings. My friend has experience buying ski boots from them then found out the boots is actually too big. So even by adding more paddings it's not the best fit. Maybe they should have better ski boot fitting services and expertise.

Top notch service. Efficient service at the counter every time I come in. I recently had a big problem with my snowboard binding strap and ratchet all in a two week period. The technicians were really patient and helpful in offering a temporary solution, three of them spent about 45 minutes in solving this, and I was even offered a rentals set of bindings interim period. Received my spare parts two weeks later, a helpful technician attatched them immediately on , did not charge me for the service. Keep up the service team!
