Zero star for the Samsung customer care service. I don't normally buy this brand, however our brand new apartment comes with a Samsung fridge. And this brand new fridge is broken on the first day. Their technician was a Korean guy, and he kept challenging me and claim Samsung should not produce a faulty product. he started blame on me as a user. if you want to get blame by the Samsung staff, buy Samsung product. I won't.

Trying to get washers for my Samsung fridge water dispenser. Even after a couple of emails, the customer service spare parts department does not seem to be interested in providing the same. Don't even bother to send a response to my query. Attitude I guess. If there was a minus rating I would.
