Sake Bar Nippon Restaurant Ltd

This is one place that leaves a really good impression on your taste buds & mind. It starts the minute you walk through the door with it's warm welcome of a drum beat, to the service that is prompt & then there's the food that is packed full of flavour. If you can score a seat at the bar, it is well worth it as you can watch the amazing chefs cook up a storm & is great entertain.

The most authentic Japanese I found in Auckland! Delicious food, the best atmosphere! If you want fresh food and a variety of sake, this is the place. Excellent service.

The waitresses wear kimonos and are very friendly. It's a little loud so not the best place for a romantic dinner but great with a bunch of friends or family. Tapas style dishes so it adds up quickly. Love the pork skewers and tempura.

Great drinks on offer and fabulous atmosphere. Loved the drums being beat whenever anyone came in or left. Great service, lots of fun, tasty food.

We were first in the door at 5.30pm, made to feel very welcome, were seated by an open window, received excellent attention, and food was delicious. The place was full of diners by the time we left at 6.30pm.
