The low rating is because I've had quality issues numerous times with products from here. The solutions given by Sagar was okay but the time and energy I wasted is not okay. Everytime I take a product back, which is not to it's standard, to the Papatoetoe store, i am met with a worker who's response is always "it happens always with you"...like seriously.. It's not my fault that the product doesn't meet it's standards. Personally not a shop I would visit again.

Good place for Indian outfit finds like sarees and suits, priced reasonably, still its great to see the specials running. Unfortunately its a fixed price store so no bargains. Still good option if some one wants to try on gorgeous ethinc Indian clothes and accessories, right on Great South Road Papatoetoe
