Friendly service is not always a given from this store in particular. Most times its good, others its below satisfactory, to the point that I almost went to head office to make a complaint. The clothes are well priced and are very stylish and modern. The store is bright and open, with good displays and funky music playing throughout the day.

Cheery, helpful staff and a nice range of clothing and footwear. Streetwear style of clothing and all great quality brands.

Good range of footwear and clothing. It is really good quality. I love that they offer Laybuy as well. Bought some mean sneakers and I can pay it off over 6 weeks. Staff is very friendly. Store is nice and clean.

Great quality clothing at Red rat shop for a reasonable price. Shop is very tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
