Friendly service is not always a given from this store in particular. Most times its good, others its below satisfactory, to the point that I almost went to head office to make a complaint. The clothes are well priced and are very stylish and modern. The store is bright and open, with good displays and funky music playing throughout the day.

a whole variety of apparels and shoes available. price is worth the quality they sell. I had a good deal with them with the shoes I bought. The staff was helpful in getting the colour of my choice.

Great quality clothing at Red rat shop for a reasonable price. Shop is very tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
