Real Groovy is the best place to find what you were and weren't looking for. Independently owned since 1981, it's one of the first and longest lasting true record stores in New Zealand and an Auckland icon. In Store you'll find not only vinyl records, but also a fantastic range of unique books, CDs, DVDs, posters, collectibles, novelties, t-shirts, music related memorabilia and more.

Such a funky shop - you can always find something to get anyone a gift - from band cds and shirts to souvenirs of their favourite tv show and video game characters. The music section is really well set out and easy to find what genre you're after and there is a retro second-hand store too with lots of quirky clothing and shoes you won't find anywhere else

Large record store in central Auckland that has a huge selection of all things music and entertainment. Their online store is also very good providing different LP pressings for the avid collector.

This store has a fantastic collection of vinyl, movies, cds, comics and so much more. Some many imported items that can't be found elsewhere.

The guy who does the coffees (I think his name is Guy?) is just so friendly.
Even when I dont buy anything he is always so nice and welcoming and makes you feel like he knows you.

Superb selection and super fast delivery!
I found two old DVD's for my partner for movies that she wanted to see again. I ordered both and they arrived this morning via courier and know she will be thrilled when she sees them again.
I will definitely look at what else they have and would highly recommend for a great selection of movies and great service!
