Prego Restaurant

Hands down best battered oysters ever, and all the other dishes were as described and amazing. Staff made us feel like we were regulars though we hadn't been up to Auckland for a year. Highly recommend.

I've already lost count of how many times I've come here. I live and breathe for their duck risotto. All their dishes are superb. I recommend ALL their pasta dishes.
Downside:can get busy and crowded. Service is also meh. If I took into account service I would give a 4 but this place holds such great memories I must give it a 5. Wish they would just hire more energetic waiters.
Note: the peroni battered oysters are a must.

Always great. I've never had a bad meal there. There's a reason why it has stood the test of time, simple food delivered with unfussy but great service. Looking forward to going there for years to come.

The food here is insanely good, and not an unreasonable price.

Have gone several times and am always satisfied. I highly recommend the aranchini - 10/10.
