Porterhouse Grill

Food is fabulous, our waiter on top of his game. Had a very good evening at this establishment. Definitely a place that's moneys worth! Highly recommended.

Ever since the change in chef a few years ago the food has gone downhill. Food is average and sometimes is served cold. Staff are friendly though and there is plenty of seating. Menu has a good range but the quality of food is a bit of a let down

Considered a very nice restaurant in the neighbourhood. I could tell the kitchen just did not have enough hands. We waited quite sometime for our steaks to arrive. Boy, they looked appetising and tasted really good! The mushroom sauce I requested was fabulous. Everyone at the table enjoyed theirs. Less star for the wait.

I've been into the Porterhouse Grill with a large group at lunchtime and had to wait nearly an hour for our food to arrive, which wasn't great!

When eating in the evening the food was served quickly and tasted great.

I can recommend the steak as a good option.

It was mixed experience for us. The location was extremely feasible for us as we live in the close proximity to the restaurant. Customers can easily find parking outside. The prices were quite upscale $$$$. The atmosphere was ok but too noisy and crowded. We ordered Roasted lamb shank and a preparation of Pork belly. I would give 6/10 for food as we had already tasted the same in 2 different locations in Howick which was quite better than what we hd at Porterhouse. Staff was friendly and available most of the time.
